If you have met your deductible or have remaining visits left on a per visit/ per year plan, now is the time to come in and ready your body for the busy holiday season. Feel free to contact our office to see if you have remaining visits left on your plan or simply refer to your past EOB (explanation of benefits) for information regarding your individual plan.
